Within Delhi NCR:
For orders placed within Delhi NCR, the expected delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Rest of India:
For orders placed outside Delhi but within India, the estimated delivery time is around 3-9 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that the provided delivery times are approximate and subject to factors such as product availability, location, and unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details for monitoring the shipment's progress.

 

(d) For security purposes, we request our customers to record a video while receiving the package from the courier personnel. In the event that the package appears to be tampered with, we advise customers not to accept it. Additionally, if the package seems incomplete, especially in the case of multiple boxes, customers have the right to request all boxes and refuse acceptance if not provided by the courier personnel.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

(a) We do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged or defective. In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 1 day of receiving the item.

(b) Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

(c) In case of a damaged or defective item, a 360-degree parcel opening video is required to validate the claim. (d) Exchange for valid claims will be processed within 5 working days after the return is approved. Please contact customer support for further assistance and return/exchange authorization.

(e) Customers are responsible for returning the damaged or defective product to the address provided by our customer support team. Once we receive the returned item, a replacement package will be promptly sent out. Any costs incurred by the customer due to courier services will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon for future purchases.
